    ...and I haven't done anything about allowing permanent changes to our teams yet. So, a vote:

    Proposed changes to our permanent teams, to be allowed prior to the German Grand Prix in a weeks time

    1) Allow a single driver or team to be changed, referring back to the original points system set at the start of the season.

    2) Allow a single driver or team to be changed, with a new set of points derived from the current betting odds.

    3) Allow all drivers and teams to be changed, with a new set of points derived from the current betting odds.

    4) Allow no changes to permanent teams.

    Please cast your votes before Wednesday of next week

    I'm going to go with option 1, myself.

      Problem I had with 2 is how will that work applying a new points structure to the old one?

      You boot out someone who is rubbish for you but was only worth 2 points and then you can buy someone who is now worth 2 points?

      So yeah, completely forgot about this. Will perhaps wait until after the weekend to sort this out. 2 people have yet to vote (Sara gave me her vote in person, and I believe it was option 1), but option 1 is currently winning.

      So yeah, busy week, haven't had chance to do this until tonight. From my count, option 2 has won. And there's a problem; originally I derived the cost for each driver from William Hill's driver's championship betting odds. The trouble is that they're now only listing 8 drivers, as presumably there are only 8 people who numerically *can* win it now. Now I can redo the costs for these 8 drivers, but frankly I don't think they'll be all that different from the originals. So, I'm going to suggest we go with option 1, and because of the short notice, you can change your driver or team for either this race or the one afterwards (and I believe we're at the three-week mid-season break after Hungary. Thoughts?
