    It's (boy)Sam's birthday on 5th March. We are having a house party on SAT 06/03/10 to celebrate and you are all welcome to come. We will have some food and drink but please bring some booze too. Anyone who wants to stay over is welcome but you may need to bring bedding.

          Steph and I would like to sleep over, as for transport I suspect we will take the opportunity to go shopping on manchester during the day so will get train & tram, coming back happy to accept lifts if offered buy don't mind train

          Yeah its not far from bowker vale tram stop (for anyone getting tram from town).

          While people are welcome to stay and/or sleep (you're free to stay awake all night, we wont enforce a bedtime) we have typical limited "comfortable" space, so Mike's offer of alternative venue for rest may be a good idea if there's too many.

      Laura and I should be up for this in theory, and I don't mind being sober if people want to come back to Lancs before i'm too tired to drive ;). I do need to check the dates don't clash with a LRP event though, and at the mo I can't log onto their forums ;)

      I just amended my post to keep track of who's going and who needs a lift (I typoed that as life twice) / to sleep over. I thought that'd be helpful O:-)

      I will be driving which should be fine for going, but I would like to stay over and I might not want to come straight back on Sunday. Might go visit some people while I'm in the area. Haven't decided yet, aren't I useful :-)

          Lol, the internet has adverts that regularly encourage me to add tabasco to pizza.

          As for cold pizza, thats all good.

          I actually read online this morning on some blog that wrapping bacon around a slice of cold pizza and bunging it in the oven to cook revives the pizza to its former greasy glory while making the crust taste AMAZING. - I will try this at some point.

      I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Sam and Sam for the excellent hospitality this weekend. I had a really fun evening, excepting the bits I don't remember, and I appreciate Boy Sam's kindness in giving up every form of sleeping place to his guests.

        Aww thats ok, i don't feel completelty like a zombie today, just a little bit.

        A big thanks to everyone who came and made it such a fun night, also special thanks to dan for leaving my fridge door firmly where it belongs.

        Sorry that some couldn't make it for various reasons, they missed out on seemed like a pretty orgyesque night (and how appropriate at "big sam hammer is king of porn"'s house - sara you can ask mark about that, the rest of you meh, in joke). Maybe next time theres a function, Chris, Peter and Faisal can put aside their differences and finally just get together. Im routing for you guys!

        I learnt JR is definately handy to have around the morning after the night before, or shes just really good at delegating and looking like shes sorting me a much needed brew.

        Was nice to meet extra people, Lee and Monica. (Hope there wasnt another new person i somehow can't remmeber, sorry if you exist).

        While Monica may have been a bit less targetted towards a bucket with her party "enthusiasm" she didnt leave said bucket and contents ;) love ya really sara.

        Probably should do some work now. Or at the very least make a better effort to look like im doing work. Ta all, was a good un.

          Your fridge certainly looked a lot more sturdy than the one at Andy, Chris and Sara's house though... Though at least theirs doesn't crash and need rebooting every 30 minutes or so :P

          Nowt wrong with a crashy fridge lol. It seems to get nervous around people. It's behaved fine now for quite a while until you lot showed up. It must feel the pressure to entertain so starts its disco lights.

          Just need to hack together a fix for the ice dispenser and it should mostly work. Although still no sign of water dispensing. Dunno if thats some how dependant on the ice thing not being broke of if the water side of the plumbed bit is buggered, will pull it out and swap over to check. Fridge repair sounds fancy.

          Having only met you on twice prior to the party, 50% of the time you destroyed a fridge. Don't blame me, blame the stats. Maybe if spend every other meeting not breaking fridges the stats will improve and we can find a new typecasting benchmark.
