    Ok something bad has happened. My Authenticator got dropped heavily and has ended up not useable with a smashed screen. See Image below. Has anyone any idea how I can resolve this quickly before the raid tomorrow. I have emailed blizzard but I dont expect that to be quick.

    I have my iphone and have just downloaded the authenticator app but i cant register it without getting in to the account.

      Take a photo of your drivers license, and send it to their account management department NOW, saying you want your authenticator off asap.

      You can't repair it Lee... see my photo's I took of mine after I did similar. They are a bugger to get into. You'd need a suitable replacement display which would be unlikely.

      Best you can hope for is the account department doing it now. Sooo... Take a photo, send it to the correct address.

      wowbillingsupporteu@blizzard.com I believe. Give it 12 hours or until tomorrow lunch, if they haven't done it by then, ring them up on their number and they'll be able to find it in their inbox (yes... they appear to use a shared mailbox), and do it for you then.

      Oh yah, give em your full name, battle.net email address, old wow account name, any other details relevant for them.

        I have done exactly what you said as about 20 mins ago. I do hope they get it sorted quickly. I will have to see if I can find the number to call tomorrow if they dont get back to me quickly. Its very annoying that it happened at all really :(

        I had an email reply about lunch asking for more info that I sent them yesterday so I sent it again and also said I sent it yesterday. Not heard anything since so still cant get in. Will trying the phone if I have nothing by half 6.

          OK Blizzard are useless.

          Tried twice on the phone now.

          Once got put in a queue and then disconnected and now it wont even put me in a queue its just saying they are congested and to phone back later :(

          I have tried to log in but the authenticator is still on my account . Looks like I cant raid tonight and will have to give up my spot. hopefully they will do something quick and it wont drag on to next week.

          Yay. Blizz have finally sorted this. Got an email today. I should be able to log into wow now and be fine for tue.

          Going to attatch my iphone authenticator app to it tonight.

          I have now done this and have an authenticator on my account again.
